  • Grace does not make sin insignificant.
  • Grace demonstrates the sufficiency of Christ.
  • Our sin is great, but Christ is greater.
• 10. Grace takes the throne, Romans 5:21
  • Sin reigned in death.
  • Grace now reigns through righteousness.
  • Eternal life comes through Jesus Christ.
  • The resurrection announces that death's ultimate reign has been broken.
  • Application: What is actually reigning in your life, fear, shame, performance, your past, or grace?

• We obey from acceptance, not for acceptance.

• Sin had its reign. Death had its throne. But in Jesus Christ, grace has taken the throne.
